1. Eligibility

• Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, contractors, representatives, or agents of GrandErie Home Hardware Building Centre, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

• The contest begins on August 19, 2025 and ends on September 20, 2025.

• All consultations must be booked and attended during this period to qualify.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must book a FREE Kitchen or Bath Design Consultation at GrandErie Home Hardware Building Centre.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• Limit of one (1) entry per household.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Design Credit to be applied toward a Kitchen or Bath project at GrandErie Home Hardware Building Centre.

• The Design Credit is valid only with a minimum purchase of $5,000 (before taxes) on a Kitchen or Bath project.

• The Design Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other promotions.

• The prize must be redeemed within six months of the winner notification or it will be forfeited.

5. Prize Conditions

• The Design Credit will be applied as a discount on the final invoice once the project contract is signed and the $5,000 minimum spend is met.

• If the total project cost is less than $5,000, the credit cannot be applied.

• Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on September 22, 2025.

• The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email. If the entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days, another winner may be drawn.

• To be confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must answer a skill-testing question.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of GrandErie Home Hardware Building Centre, which are final.

• GrandErie Home Hardware Building Centre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other occurrence that may compromise the integrity of the contest.

• Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless GrandErie Home Hardware Building Centre, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the contest or the use of the prize.

9. Governing Law

• This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/state, and municipal laws.
